How they got the Barstool Deal
Gillie explained that him and his co-host and cousin Ralo built their audience on Instagram and only did the podcast because fans were requesting them to do it, but he didn’t understand how to profit from the medium, but after seeing the money that the platforms were spending he was sold. Once they launched they were an immediate success because they built on an already successful platform.
